Jerk grille was established in 2020 inside commerce court food court, bringing Caribbean flair to the path. This came from years of testing and refining our secret jerk recipe made from scratch, using farm fresh scotch bonnets to get that Caribbean heat along with flavor. We marinate all our chicken for at least 48hrs prior to cooking. Our fried jerk chicken poutine was a fan favorite for years at jerk festival. This jerk recipe has been used in multiple restaurants across the GTA, we are the home of the original fried jerk chicken poutine!
